How To Make A Reservation

Global Access Travel is a Travel Leaders Independent Contractor through Thomas Hogan Travel which has some procedures for making reservations.  If you would like to inquire or make a reservation please call and/or email us and we can discuss further details.  For your protection as well as ours you will be required to fill out some forms (which we can assist you with) for us to process your reservation to provide the best service possible.  Please understand reservations are not always instantaneous and confirmations may take additional time and we will notify you as soon as we have confirmation of your reservation.

 

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED AFTER BUSINESS HOURS EASTERN STANDARD TIME IN THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING WEEKENDS. 

Please also be aware; certain reservations require a service fee; we will disclose all fees when giving quotes (or we will advise there is a fee but unable to determine the amount).

You will need to send these forms to us via email, fax or through the postal service. (email is easiest and fastest) 

Reservation Form (tell us what you need) 

Credit Card Authorization (must be signed by the traveler/card holder)  **mandatory**

Travel Insurance Waiver (insurance premium will be included as a line item option in ALL quotes, you may elect to decline travel insurance at your discretion) **mandatory**
